Hi! We’re happy you found us. Now let us explain a little about ourselves. Sam’s Maastricht is a restaurant for breakfast, lunch & dinner.

You create your own plate and choose from a variety of vegetarian/vegan dishes. You grab your own beer or soda from the fridge and head to the counter where we weigh your plate. There you can also order coffee, tea, a glass of wine, or a cocktail. We always advise you to not put too much on your plate at once. You can go back as many times as you want. There’s no rush. Of course you can always leave some room for a soft served ice cream with fresh fruit or a piece of homemade cake. Would you prefer to enjoy our food at home, work or on the go? You’ll get 10% off.
